At Monti’s Munchies, we believe that nourishment goes beyond food—it feeds the mind and soul, too. Our mission is to spread awareness about mental health while encouraging self-love through the simple act of enjoying a treat. Here’s how we do it:
Nurture with Love: Each cake, pastry, and treat is thoughtfully made with the intention to bring comfort, joy, and a reminder that you deserve to be treated with kindness—by others and by yourself.
Promote Mental Health Awareness: We’re passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health. Through our packaging, events, and partnerships, we encourage open conversations and provide resources for mental well-being.
Foster Connection: We believe that sharing a meal or a simple pastry can spark conversations and help build relationships. Our goal is to create moments of connection, where people feel heard, valued, and supported.

Montis Munchies began as a small high-school side gig with a big heart. What started as baking whoopie pies to raise money for lunch sacks for the homeless quickly turned into a lifelong passion rooted in purpose. From competitive culinary arts in my teens to working in fine dining kitchens, baking has always been my creative outlet — even when the industry itself became overwhelming.
After years in toxic kitchen environments, I made the decision to step away and create something that felt safe, joyful, and authentic. Montis Munchies was reborn as a space where baking could be happy again. Since then, the journey has included opening (and closing) a café during COVID, starting over more than once, and learning to rebuild with intention.
Today, Montis Munchies lives through pop-up markets, custom cakes, and small-batch desserts made with love — often alongside my mom as a mother-daughter team. Every treat is made with the same goal: to spread kindness, joy, and positivity in a world that can feel heavy.
